My Name is Sean Mulholland and over the last 17 years in this industry I started my journey as an In-Home consultant for Property Marketing and Project Marketing companies selling OFF The Plan (OTP) Property.

I have worked with Developers selling High Density (Apartments), Retail and predominantly Wholesale Builders selling Medium Density (Townhouses) and House & Land Packaged Properties. When I had my own company I sold House & Land Packages, Townhouses, Land on its own on behalf of Developers and also Sold Large Land Subdivisions to Developers too. I work with SDA's and sold NDIS specific House & Land Packages, Co-Living - House & Land Packages and Townhouses, Rooming House Builds and Granny Flats as part of the Government push for countering the accommodation shortage throughout Victoria! My experience is wide and varied and its through this very experience I am able to offer a high level of customer service and Property expertise!
