Magicbricks is a fully Licensed modern real estate agency. We are completely different from traditional real estate agents. There is no commission, only a set fee of $6,500 Inc. GST.

We charge one fixed fee of only $6,500, however, in some cases your property may incur additional charge for advertising depending on your suburb.

So we only charge the difference in advertising which can go up to maximum $7,500. We always let you know if there is a variation from $6,500.

Once documentation is signed, we will process your listing and facilitate all advertising.
The main difference between Magicbricks and traditional agencies is that Magicbricks only advertise your property as a Top Premiere listing on so you get much more exposure leading to more property enquiries which can result in a quicker sale unlike traditional real estate agencies who charge a much higher fee for the same exposure. Our research tells us that buyers won't usually scroll further than 4-5 pages to search for a property. For an example, how many pages on google you scroll, when you make a search?
Selling fees includes everything. We do not charge any extras for marketing unless there’s special requirements are requested from the seller.
Its the top listing on which means your property is guaranteed to remain on pages 1-3 for 45 days prior to moving down the rankings.
Yes, its only $495 one-time fee if you choose to sell via auction.
